Shipping Conditions
All shipping is sent standard ground. Some exceptions may apply to oversized or heavy items at the discretion of Slo-Pitch National Softball Inc. Shipping is calculated at checkout on each order and payable with the final order submission.
Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal the following methods of payment: Visa®, MasterCard® , American Express® and Paypal Express Checkout. You will be charged for your order when it ships, A pre-authorization will be placed on your card to ensure there are sufficient funds available to complete the order. This will hold the funds for 5 business days or until the order is processed. It is only once the order is prepared to ship the funds will actually be taken. Once you hit the 'process order' button you should be taken to a page with information regarding your order. You will also receive a confirmation email sent to the email you provided us with during the checkout process.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Slo-Pitch National Softball Inc. its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
Inventory
While Slo-Pitch National Softball Inc. strives to maintain product inventory levels as accurate as possible, there may be times when a product is listed as available even though it is out of stock. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
